Life of a Fish is an idea that was brainstormed at the recent Brainstorming session. We are posting the details on the forum and are interested in seeing who is interested in working on this project. Be sure to check out the other projects too.

Synopsis: Fish is a 2D or 3D RTS where your goal is to build a fish colony. Through the game you have a warrior type fish (who you start off with) and you are able to find food, mates, rivels and enemies. You're aim is to build a good school of fish to ward off other fish. You can battle other fish using your various fish attacks and you can find love in the waters. The idea of the game is that its a fun, non serious game that is easy enough to appeal to the casual audience.

We are looking for interested parties in the following areas:
- Project Manager
- Programming Leader
- Art Leader
- Design Leader
- Music Leader

We are also interested in people who want to fill the following positions.
- Programmer
- Artist
- Designer
- Music

If you are interested in getting involved in any of these positions then please post below. If you could include what position/s you are interested in and what skills/attributes you could contribute to the team.

I think a game like this has the most casual potential out of the list.

When you say 3D rts do you mean 3 dimensional command of units like Homeworld or just that models are 3D?

Depends entirely on the design and what platform language it is in, and yea, the game probably would have the most casual audience (though buttons could have potential as an iPhone app) (could even see it as a browser based game).

I think before we decide on the art styles / more technical programming aspects I think we should finalize a design first XD, its probably a lot easier that way...

I agree with Dylan, this one is the best and has bucket loads of potential and best balances all the elements of the design team.

I'd be keen to take on Design Lead for this one.
