Game Jam 3 General Discussion

The rules are the same as the last few jams. This jam starts on Monday 12th 4pm.

Information about the pre jam meetup should go up tomorrow.

Use this thread to talk about the jam in general. Post topics in this forum detailing the games you have made.

So who is entering? I am.

I've also set up a facebook event to spread the news.

I'm behind on all the Avcon games I'm part of; dont think I'm gonna get enough time to put anything together.

We should have a Game Jam 3.5 after Avcon, the first week back at uni. Theres never much work the first week back anyway!

The current interest level is a bit low so there will be no pre jam meetup. Maybe a post jam meetup however.

Im interstate for the next 3 weeks (unless have to do supps, then it will get messy), so I wont be able to attend any pregame jam meetup anyway.

I'm trying to keep up that record too. This time around I intend to take a different approach and do the art and maybe sound first, then move onto the programming.

so, with no pre jam meetup. and a week to find a team to join + help make a game, i kinda dont know where to begin.

If someone wants some help with their game for the jam let me know as I want to join in but don't have a team.

I can do basic programming, and basic 3d artwork. live 20 mins to the north east. pm me or something I'm in #gamedev.adl all the time too.
